This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious and modern, with a separate bedroom and a comfortable mattress that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel was located in a peaceful area, away from the main road, so I enjoyed quiet evenings and the soothing sounds of birds and roosters. The rooftop patio was a fantastic addition, offering stunning views and a covered bar for relaxation. I appreciated the free shuttle service to both the nearby beach and the city of Tropea, making it convenient to explore the area without a car. The staff were friendly and multilingual, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

We stayed out of the season in April for one night. The rooms are really good, with small kitchen and everything you need. The hotel is located very close to the beach and surely it will be interesting to spend some good time during the summer. The town of Tropea is very close but if you want to visit it you will need a car.

A bit tricky to find it, since it is located very close to main road but it is not visible at all. We were not able to see any sign approaching it, so we relied on our GPS devise. Better use "street view" in Google Maps and see where it is located exactly before you start driving.

Nice modern studios with large balcony, value for money, roof-terrace, cleaniness, friendly staff

no sea view from room balcony, shared washing machine is not in a good shape, car required as not much is really in walking distance

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was great - close to the beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby cities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Nothing to dislike.

This appartment is owned and runned by a family so the service is very good. The appartment is clean and it´s ideal for trips to pizzo, tropea and capo vaticano for example. You can eat in the restaurant of Tirreno. Good value for money.

The distance to beach is a 15 min walk and unless you love the beach a car is needed to explore the area. There is no swimming pool, but there are two jacuzzies.

We loved everything about this place. Our apartment was clean, modern, well-equipped and had a large terrace with partly sea view. Free car parking, rooftop solarium with jacuzzi and private beach were also provided. All what we needed for a relaxing holiday! The staff was nice and very friendly, especially Alessandro - thank you. The Residence Piccolo has also beautifully maintained garden and their restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable price. We can truly recommend this place to anyone.

Great clean place, impeccable service, easy access, close to Tropea, so quiet in the evenings. Mini apartment, very roomy. Separate bedroom with comfortable mattress. Off the main road, little traffic noise. AC units in living area and bedroom. Large rooftop patio with covered bar. Free shuttle to beach and Tropea. Delicious breakfast. Great staff, multilingual.

We loved Residence Piccolo for our 2 night stay. The staff was most helpful, the room was lovely and perfect for 2 couples.

The best feature of the hotel has to be the friendly & helpful staff/family,particularly Allesandro,who could not do enough to be of assistance to us in every way possible. We spoke minimal Italian, but A.had spent time in the Uk & speaks excellent english...a big help esp for first-time visitors to the region. Appartment was spacious & kitchen well-equipped & the wrap-around balcony was a nice feature.

Twin beds a bit narrow & monastic & the area is surprisingly noisy in the early morning,so,not a great sleep.

Good breakfast selection and beautiful rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Location is convenient with access to nearby restaurants and beaches. the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to our needs during our New Year's stay. the room was not cleaned properly and we had to request clean linens.

This is a great little hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle took us to an from Tropea centro just 5 minutes away. Service was very good at the desk and the bar/solarium on the roof.

The service was very good, we got a lift several times in to Tropea and the train station. The staff was very caring and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of, gives a excellent appearance.

This hotel is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation. It is close to stunning beaches, and the staff is extremely helpful in recommending local places to visit. the apartments are modern, clean, and very comfortable. Guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view from the rooftop bar, and the restaurant offers excellent cuisine. the rooms have exceptional facilities, including daily cleaning and a private bathroom.

The shuttle bus service could have offered more flexibility for those wanting to return from Tropea later in the evening.

This family run residence were helpful and accomadating the apartment and location were very good, we would recommend Piccolo and return.The rooftop was lovely.

No we did miss a toaster and swimming pool but the sea was near and rooftop excellent
